Wayne A. Kroemer is the founder and
chairman of the board of CEP Sales,
Inc. He started in the manufacturers representative business in 1981. Wayne
graduated with a marketing major in 1952 from Indiana University, Bloomington.
Following service in the US Army during the Korean conflict, he joined Phelps Dodge
Corporation in Ft. Wayne, IN During his 22 years with Phelps Dodge, he started in
direct OEM sales in Chicago. Wayne climbed the ladder as a district manager for a 5
state area and was based out of Minneapolis. Further assignments were Market Manager
and Sales Management in Chicago and Chattanooga, TN |

In the new business, Wayne built sales and principal base
while his wife Barbara handled the administration end of the
business. In the beginning, Wayne covered all of Indiana, Western Ohio and Chicago
territories. A true family business with the addition of sons and sons in laws which
